Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to participants aged 18 and above residing in Ireland.
  • Employees of BigFootGaming and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

  • Participants must complete all steps as outlined on either Facebook or Instagram to be considered for entry.
  • Only entries completed within the specified time frame will be accepted and any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Prize:

  • The prize consists of either 4 or 5 general entry tickets to the Irish Gaming Market event.
  • The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message, email or phone within 7 days of the competition closing date.

Claiming the Prize:

  • The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.
  • Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.

General Conditions:

  • BigFootGaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
