How long do I have to return a purchase?
If the online purchase is not damaged or faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You have until the end of the regular 14-day period to return the item by post or courier.
How do I return my order to BigFootGaming.ie?
“If you want to return an item that is in its original condition and not damaged, you have a 14-day window to send it back to us for a partial refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the partial refund amount will be the purchase price minus the shipping fees.”
If your ordered item is damaged or faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can arrange the return for you.

How do I return my order by post?
Please use the address label from your dispatch note on the outside of your package and insert the remainder of the dispatch note in with your package before posting it back to us. The dispatch note and address label contain barcodes that we can scan to make processing your return quicker and easier.
If you don’t have your dispatch note or address label, please ensure that you include your order number, email address and contact number with your return. You can post your return to the address shown below

We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, until the parcel is received by us, at the above address, it remains your responsibility.
Who pays for the return?
You will need to pay the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

When will the money be credited to my account?
Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.
We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit or debit/Laser cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.
What happens if I received the wrong items in my order?

What happens if the item is faulty?

The determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of BigFootGaming.ie, where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred
Is there anything else I need to know?
There are certain products that we sell that may have slightly different return policies. If this is the case you will be informed about it in the product description on the website.
Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
